We dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within the U.S. usually takes 5 to 10 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. We do not cut corners on packaging, your order arrives folded, neat and ready to wear.
Yes. If the fit is not right, we will sort it out. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Get in touch at info@roseandrue.com and we will take care of the rest. Most of our customers find our sizing runs true, if you are between two sizes, go for the larger one.
Our pieces are made from fine silk, washed linen and merino wool blends depending on the garment. We choose our fabrics for their weight, drape and durability, the kind that holds its shape after washing and does not pill after three wears. No synthetic filler. No shortcuts. The weight you feel when you pick it up is intentional.
Our garments follow a relaxed tailored fit, set on the shoulder with room to move through the body. Close enough to look considered, never clinging. If you are unsure, measure your bust and waist and compare them with the size guide on the product page. Most of our customers wear their usual size. If you are between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for an easy, put together look.
